You can see digits [123] in third column [Capt] (look at prev page). It means that when the field drag-and-dropped or copied, the CAPTCHA (picture with six digits) will be shown:

To copy or drag-and-drop the password in the external program it is necessary to type these six digits. It protects from the programs — human simulators. The number in the picture is usually recognized by humans with ease, but a good Captcha - not avoidable task for computer. If you do not want to type Captcha - double click left mouse button on this cell or click right mouse button or press [Enter] on the keyboard when this cell is selected.
